Q: Do I really need a coordinator?
A: YES! With a coordinator there you get to be a guest at your own wedding along with your closest friends and family! Everyone you care about should enjoy the day and leave the working part to your coordinator to handle.
Q: Why you over all the other options?
A: I’m passionate about wedding planning. I walk into every wedding day as if it’s my own and do everything in my power to make sure your vision comes to life and everything is executed well. If it wouldn’t be good enough for my wedding I don’t want it for my clients. I want the best of the best for them!
Q: What is your favorite part about planning weddings?
A: I love getting to be creative. I am also a huge people person so I love reaching out to other vendors for you and connecting to make sure your vision will become a reality.
Q: How much is the initial consultation?
A: Free of charge! Let’s grab a coffee and talk wedding!
Q: How do I book you as my planner?
A: Sign the contract and pay the deposit stated on your contract by sending in a check.
Q: How many weddings do you do in a day? A month? A Year?
A: I will only take on one wedding per day, 3 per month and 36 per year. I don’t like to ‘overbook’ myself so each client can get the attention they deserve.
Q: How early should I book a coordinator?
A: The earlier the better! Having someone hired and someone to help you along the way is a huge stress reliever. However, I will take on new clients even if your wedding is just two weeks away so do not hesitate to reach out last minute!
Q: Can you customize a package for me?
A: Yes, absolutely! Don’t see a package that works for you, don’t hesitate to reach out. I can customize one to fit your needs!
Q: Do you also plan the rehearsal dinner?
A: I can for an additional $500. I would make all the arrangements, and coordinate the whole night.
Q: Do you have preferred vendors you refer to?
A: Yes, I have a couple from every category who does excellent work and I would love to make recommendations throughout the whole planning process so make sure you get the best of the best!
Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes, but keep in mind events 50+ miles from the Great Seattle Area will require an extra charge
