What is Aisle Planner?

Aisle Planner is an all-in-one event management software that streamlines the planning process. It provides features for project management, budgeting, design, layouts, guest tracking, and much more. With its user-friendly interface, Aisle Planner allows you to stay on top of tasks and allows you to see where we as your planner is in the planning process for you.

Getting Started

  1. Create Your Account

The first step is to sign up for an Aisle Planner account. Once you sign with Emerald Engagements, we will create a ‘project’ for you. You will receive an email to accept and sign up.

Planning Your Event

  1. Use the Checklist Feature

One of Aisle Planner’s standout features is the checklist. I encourage all our couples to use this tool. Once you are in check off all the things you have done or are not interested in doing for your wedding. This will give us a good idea of where you are at in the planning process. You can assign tasks and set deadlines, helping everyone stay on track.

  1. Budgeting Made Easy

Keep your finances in check with Aisle Planner’s budgeting tool. Enter your estimated costs, track payments, and manage invoices all in one place. The budget overview gives you a snapshot of where you stand financially, allowing you to adjust as needed.

  1. Manage Vendors and Suppliers

Aisle Planner provides a vendor management tool where you can store contact details, contracts, and notes about each supplier. This makes it easy to communicate and collaborate with vendors, ensuring everyone is on the same page. 

  1. Keep Track of All Your Meetings / Appointments 

Use the calendar tab on Aisle Planner to keep track of all your wedding related meetings and appointments. Fun fact: when you upload all payment schedules to each vendor, they will auto populate onto the Aisle Planner calendar.

  1. Take Notes 

Use the notes section on Aisle Planner to keep track of all your thoughts. We will send you mini questionnaires and sheets to fill out via the notes section. You can also use this tab to take notes when meeting with other vendors to make it easy to reference back to.

  1. Timeline Management

Create a detailed timeline for your event using Aisle Planner’s timeline feature. Break down the day’s schedule into manageable segments. This is something we do for all our clients and share with all vendors.

Design and Inspiration

  1. Use the Design Tools

Aisle Planner offers design tools that allow you to create mood boards and floor plans. You can upload images, create color palettes, and visualize your ideas.
